队伍-详细信息

实验室拥有一支高素质的科研队伍，其中包括一批以院士领衔的学术造诣较高的学科带头人，年富力强的中青年科技骨干和一批精干稳定的技术人员。整个队伍的年龄与知识结构合理，人员团结协作，具有良好的科学献身精神.

实验室有固定人员53人，其中教授（包括研究员）38人，副教授（包括副研究员和高工）12人，博士生指导教师27人。在固定人员中有院士2名，长江学者特聘教授3名，国家杰出青年基金获得者4名，跨（新）世纪优秀人才培养基金获得者11名，全国优秀百篇博士论文获得者5名，国家“百千万人才工程”人选2名。另外有国家级突出贡献专家1名，省部级突出贡献专家11名，铁道部学科带头人5名。

　　The Traction Power State Key Laboratory has a good reputation both at home and abroad and has a high-qualified staff with twenty professors, four associate professors and eleven people received PhD degrees. Among the staff there are two members of the Chinese Academy of Science and Chinese Academy of Engineering, four special professors under the Changjiang Scholar Plan. Two persons received the national excellent youth funds, seven persons received the education funds for trans-century talents and four doctorate theses awarded as the one hundred national excellent theses. There are one outstanding contribution expert of state level and twelve of provincial and ministerial levels.
