2012 International Conference on Advances in Product Development and Reliability (PDR’2012)
28th-30th July, 2012, Wuhan, China
Introduction
The development of innovative and reliable products is crucial to the survival and prosperity of modern corporations in the increasingly integrated global economy. Active investigations are being performed on new methodologies, technologies and tools for product development and reliability, especially from the systemic, integrated and lifecycle perspective. PDR’2012 is aimed to provide an international forum for academia and practitioners to share the leading edge scientific knowledge and industrial experience in these areas. It will update the latest progress of product development and reliability, from digital product development to product collaborative and lifecycle management, product-service-systems, reliability analysis, modeling and optimization for product development, best practices and a range of industrial case studies. Delegates in PDR’2012 will come from academia, government and non-governmental organizations, research institutes and companies. The event will include keynote lectures from international experts in the relevant areas. PDR’2012 is an excellent learning experience and networking opportunity.

Submission of Papers
Papers reporting original research results and experience are solicited. Each paper, written in English, is limited to 6 pages, including references and illustrations. Electronic submissions in PDF format are strongly recommended. Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper.

Publications
All accepted papers will be published in Advanced Material Research (Indexed by EI Compdex plus, ISTP, etc.). The periodical is available in full text online at www.scientific.net.. Best papers will be selected and extended versions are expected to recommend to Special Issues of well-established international journals in the relevant research fields.
